Terms & Conditions Club 999 – The Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Club 999 platform, including the club999.wine website, mobile app, and all related services offered by Club 999 to members in Malaysia.

By accessing or using the Club 999 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without modification. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to access or use the Club 999 platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, which also forms part of the binding agreement between you and Club 999.

To register and use the Club 999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Club 999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy against underage registration.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Club 999 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Not a Club 999 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Club 999 staff are not eligible to become members or participate in any form of betting on the platform.

Club 999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Should you fail to verify your eligibility upon request, Club 999 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any associated funds.

Registering for Club 999 is free and requires basic personal details, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. OTP verification via your registered phone number is mandatory to activate your account.

As an account holder, you are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify Club 999 immediately via email at support@club999.wine if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever any changes occur.

Club 999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in protecting your login credentials. All activity carried out under your account is deemed to be your own, unless you have reported an account compromise to us prior to that activity taking place.

All financial transactions on the Club 999 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Club 999 does not accept foreign currencies and does not charge any currency conversion fees.

• Club 999 reserves the right to void odds published in error due to technical or human mistakes. In such cases, affected bets will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the respective members.
• Live betting wagers are final once a match has commenced. Outcomes are determined based on official statistics from the relevant sporting body.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with Club 999's standard bet settlement rules applicable to the sport in question.

Club 999 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and to treat the platform and fellow members with respect at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using another person's credit card, debit card, bank account, or e-wallet without their written consent.

• Requests from the relevant Malaysian legal authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Club 999 support team via email at support@club999.wine. Any valid balance in the account (not subject to investigation or restriction) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
